  • Graduate from a recognized University.
  • Typing speed of not less than 35 words per minute in English on Computer.
  • Qualification must be completed on or before 23.02.2026.
  • All qualifications must be from institutions recognized by Government of India or approved regulatory bodies.

Stage I – Preliminary Examination (Qualifying)

Stage II – Main (Descriptive) Examination

  • Minimum Passing – General: 50% | Reserved: 45%

Stage III – English Typing Test (Qualifying)

  • 10 Minutes Duration
  • Minimum Speed: 35 Words Per Minute
  • Maximum Permissible Errors: 3%

Stage IV – Interview

  • Maximum Marks: 15
  • No minimum qualifying marks
  • Final merit based on Main Examination + Interview marks only
