Salary Structure

Senior Young Professionals: ₹70,000 per month (consolidated), with an annual increment of ₹5,000 if extended.
Junior Young Professionals: ₹40,000 per month (consolidated), with an annual increment of ₹5,000 if extended.

Employment Details

Tenure: 1 year (extendable up to 4 years on satisfactory performance)
Type: Contractual
Termination: Either side can terminate with one month’s notice; NTH may terminate without notice in case of breach of contract.

Eligibility and Age Limit

Senior Young Professional: Maximum age 38 years (as on last date).
Junior Young Professional: Maximum age 35 years (as on last date).
Vacancies may increase or decrease depending on the suitability of candidates.
Qualifications may be relaxed in exceptional cases as judged by the selection committee.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be informed through email.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or joining the assignment.
