Educational Qualification

Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

Experience

Minimum 15 years of professional experience as a Senior Executive in civil construction and maintenance works including electrical works in Government, Semi-Government, or reputed industrial organizations. Candidates with knowledge of CPWD/PWD procedures and government tendering/purchase procedures will be preferred.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: Around 45 years as on last date of application
• Age Relaxation: Applicable for SC/ST/OBC as per Government of India norms
• Relaxation in age/experience may be granted in deserving cases

Roles and Responsibilities

• Head of Engineering Division overseeing frontend and backend development teams
• Handle civil and electrical renovation, restoration, and special repair works
• Convener of Tender Committee
• Member of Purchase Committee
• Member of various institutional committees
• Member of Buildings and Works Committee
• Member of Project Monitoring Committee
• Manage civil and MEP maintenance works
• Member of Annual Convocation Committee
• Oversee campus expansion work
• Liaison with CPWD and project consultants
• Conduct meetings with contractors and internal teams
• Perform additional duties assigned by competent authority
