Selection Process

1. Preliminary screening of received applications.
2. Eligible candidates will be called for document verification and interview.
3. In case of large applications, candidates up to 5× the number of vacancies will be shortlisted.
4. Final selection will be based on interview performance and qualifications.
5. Minimum qualifying marks in the interview: 60%.
6. Decision of MRVC’s Nominated Committee shall be final and binding.
7. Panel of standby candidates may be prepared.
8. Contractual post only; no claim for regular employment.
9. One-month notice is required for termination by either side.

• Two-year contract, extendable at MRVC’s discretion.
• Pay protection for Govt./PSU employees.
• Annual increments based on satisfactory performance.

Leave Entitlements

Service Agreement

The selected candidate must serve for at least two years and execute a Surety Bond of ₹1,00,000 in favour of MRVC on a ₹500 stamp paper.

Medical Examination

The candidate must be of sound health and produce a fitness certificate from an MBBS doctor before joining.

Mandatory Documents

• Copy of filled application.
• Certificates of qualification.
• Proof of Date of Birth (SSLC/SSC/Birth Certificate).
• Photo ID (Aadhaar/PAN Card).
• Experience or last employment documents.
• Copy of Driving Licence.
• Character Certificate from Gazetted Officer/Executive (not older than six months).

General Instructions

1. Bring original documents for verification at the time of interaction.
2. False or misleading information will lead to termination and legal action.
3. No TA/DA will be paid for document verification and interview.
4. Candidate must join within 30 days after receiving offer letter.
5. Government/PSU employees must be properly relieved before joining MRVC.

Termination of Contract

• Contract ends upon completion or extended term expiration.
• Breach of contract by employee results in immediate termination.
• Either side may terminate with one-month notice or payment in lieu.
• If litigation arises, the candidate may be required for proceedings even after expiry.
• Upon termination, return all MRVC property (tools, IDs, documents, etc.).
• Clear all advances or dues before separation.
• Candidate remains responsible for acts or omissions during contract period.

Conduct and Disciplinary Rules

• Misuse of vehicle or MRVC property can result in termination.
• Embezzlement, disclosure of confidential information, unauthorized absence, or insubordination will lead to dismissal.
• Civil or criminal proceedings may be initiated for breach of contract.
• Candidate must maintain vehicle in proper condition and act responsibly.
