Educational Qualification

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in legal matters
  • At least 3 years of experience with Government at National or State level
  • Familiarity with public health system and relevant government policies
  • Experience related to National Health Programme / Clinical Establishments
  • Experience in handling court matters at High Court and Supreme Court of India level

  • Performance will be reviewed monthly and unsatisfactory performance may lead to termination
  • The contract can be terminated by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare at any time without assigning any reason
  • The candidate may terminate the contract by giving one month’s notice or salary in lieu thereof
  • TA/DA for official tours will be applicable as per consultant guidelines issued by MoHFW
  • Services of the Legal Assistant may also be utilized by other divisions of MoHFW with approval
