Base Salary

No fixed salary. Remuneration is based on per IP registration as per ESIS norms.

Employment Type

Contractual / Temporary basis. Initial contract period of one year, renewable every year up to a maximum of three years. In exceptional cases, it can be extended up to five years. Renewal or extension will depend on performance.

Application Process

Applications must be submitted in the prescribed proforma under the jurisdiction of MH-ESIS Kolhapur (Kolhapur, Sangli, Satara, Solapur, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg).
Applicants must bring original certificates at the time of interview.
Applicants must attach self-attested copies of Degree Certificate, MCI/State Medical Council Registration Certificate, SSC/School Leaving Certificate for Date of Birth, Proof of ownership/tenancy of clinic, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Bank Passbook (front page), and Cancelled cheque.
All copies must be self-attested before submission.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience	Minimum 2 years as a General Practitioner
Age Limit	Less than 67 years as on 01-12-2021
Working Hours	Minimum 7 hours per day Morning: Minimum 3 hours (clinic to start between 8–9 AM) Evening: Minimum 3 hours (clinic to start between 5–6 PM)
Clinic Infrastructure	Separate Consultation Room Waiting Area Dispensing Arrangement Laboratory Facility Toilet Computer with or without internet facility
Other Conditions	Clinic should not be within 10 km of an existing ESIS dispensary. If a new ESIS dispensary starts functioning nearby, the applicant’s services may be terminated. Applicants must maintain minimum required medical and surgical equipment as per notification.
