Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institution.

Salary and Benefits

Basic Pay: ₹88,635/- per month in the scale of ₹88,635 – 4385(14) – 150025 – 4750(4) – 169025

Total Emoluments: Approx. ₹1,26,000/- per month in ‘A’ Class city including allowances

Service Conditions

Service conditions will be as per LIC rules. Candidates are liable to be posted anywhere in India. Initial posting is generally in mofussil branches outside the home zone for a minimum of five years.

Probation and Bond

Probation: 1 year (extendable up to 2 years)

Bond: Candidates must serve LIC for at least 4 years (including probation). If they leave earlier, they must pay liquidated damages of ₹5,00,000/- along with Deed of Indemnity.

  • Others: ₹700 + GST + Transaction Charges

Selection Process

  1. Preliminary Examination (Online Objective Test) – Qualifying only
  2. Main Examination (Online Objective + Descriptive Test)
  3. Interview
  4. Pre-Recruitment Medical Examination

Candidates must apply online between 16.08.2025 and 08.09.2025. No other mode of application is accepted.

Documents to be uploaded: Photograph, Signature, Thumb Impression, Handwritten Declaration (in English).

The handwritten declaration must state:

“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
