Note: Locations are tentative and subject to change. Officers may be transferred on an all-India basis after completion of project/task.

Pay Scales and Allowances

Note: Present Variable Dearness Allowance is 402.3% of Basic Pay after merger of 50 points DA as Dearness Pay.

Employment Type & Tenure

• Initial appointment for 5 years on tenure basis or until attaining 60 years of age, whichever is earlier.
• Probation period: 1 year, confirmation subject to performance.
• Extension, upgradation, or promotion may be considered based on organizational needs and officer’s performance.

3. Upload scanned documents: recent passport-size photo, signature, educational certificates, experience certificates, caste/disability certificate (if applicable), NOC for PSU/Govt employees.

Eligibility Criteria

• General Manager – Projects: B.E./B.Tech in relevant fields; desirable M.Tech/PGDM/MBA; minimum 23 years post-qualification executive experience; knowledge of project management tools preferred.
• General Manager – Marketing: Any Degree + MBA; 23 years post-qualification executive experience; experience in marketing preferred.
• General Manager – HR: Any Degree + MBA/MSW (HR); 23 years post-qualification executive experience; desirable LLB/LLM.
• General Manager – Finance: Qualified CA/ICWA or MBA (Finance); 23 years post-qualification executive experience in finance-related functions.
• Company Secretary: Associate Membership (ACS) of ICSI; 14 years post-qualification experience including 7 years in a listed company.
• Executive – Secretarial: Associate Membership (ACS) of ICSI; 2 years post-qualification experience in Public Limited Company secretarial setup.

Age Limit

Reservation and Relaxations

Reservations will be maintained as per Government of India directives.

• SC/ST: 5 years relaxation
• OBC-NCL: 3 years relaxation
• PwBD (UR: 10 years; OBC-NCL: 13 years; SC/ST: 15 years)
• Ex-Servicemen: Service period + 3 years
• PwBD candidates with benchmark disability (≥40%) eligible as per RPwD Act, 2016
• Reservations for Ex-Servicemen and PwBD will be extended on a horizontal basis

Selection Process

1. Initial screening of online applications.
2. Publication of screened candidates list on ITI website.
3. Shortlisted candidates to upload necessary documents as instructed.
4. Verification of documents and publishing of interview shortlist.
5. Interview evaluation on subject knowledge, relevant experience, attitude, and soft skills.

• Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
• Qualifications must be obtained from recognized Indian Universities/Institutes (AICTE/UGC approved).
• Eligibility (educational qualification, age, experience) considered as on date of notification or last date of application submission.
• Canvassing in any form will disqualify candidature.
• Applications with insufficient/incomplete information will be rejected.
• Candidates can submit only one application; latest application will be considered.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending interview or for joining.
• Court jurisdiction for disputes: Bengaluru.
• Corrigendum/Addendum (if any) will be hosted on ITI website only; candidates should check regularly.

Medical Standard

Candidates should be of sound health and meet the medical standards prescribed by ITI Limited. Appointment is subject to medical fitness duly certified by company medical officers.
