Division Head (TSS)	50–61 years	Bachelor/Master’s in Electronics/IT/CS or equivalent	20 years in IT, 5 years as DGM/GM in similar role
Banker Faculty	50–61 years	Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably with CAIIB)	Retired Chief Manager+ in Public Sector Bank
Banker Faculty – Technical	50–61 years	Full-time B.E/B.Tech/AMIE in relevant disciplines	15+ years in Banking/Technical/Teaching/AI/ML/etc.

Job Description and Responsibilities

Division Head (FAS) & CFO: Responsible for Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Internal Audit, Budgeting, Recovery, Investments, Purchase, and Help Desk operations.

Division Head (TSS): Responsible for ICT initiatives, online exam processes, result automation, disaster recovery, IT asset procurement, cyber security, and leading the IT team.

Banker Faculty: Responsible for writing banking and financial awareness questions, conducting research, and coordination work related to exams.

Banker Faculty - Technical: Involves writing and reviewing technical and subject-specific questions in engineering and banking disciplines, plus related analytical tasks.

Final selection based on interview performance

Terms of Appointment

Initial appointment for 3 years on fixed contract basis
Yearly performance review applicable
No claim for absorption or regular employment in IBPS
