Salary / Remuneration

On Absorption: IDA Scale of Pay ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000 + Applicable Allowances + PRP
On Deputation: Parent Pay & Allowances + Deputation Duty Allowance + Other Allowances as per company policy

Employment Type & Terms

Appointment will be on Absorption or Deputation basis initially for a period of 03 years, extendable further as per rules (subject to Government/Ministry guidelines).

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Full-time Graduate plus CA/ICWAI from a recognized University or Institute. Qualifications must be obtained from recognized institutions incorporated under an Act of Parliament/State Legislature/UGC Act or approved by Government.

Experience Required

Experience in Finance & Accounts with IND-AS, Finalization of Accounts, GST, Income Tax, Internal & Statutory Audit
Experience in Banking and Treasury, Billing, Vetting of Proposals
Knowledge of Tally, MS Office, ERP, Tenders & Contracts

Service Requirement

Officers must be working on a regular basis in Railways, other Government Departments, Central PSUs, Ports, or JV Companies under Government control.

Age Limit

On Absorption: Up to 50 years as on 10.10.2025
On Deputation: Up to 57 years as on 10.10.2025

Selection Process

Shortlisting based on eligibility and experience
Personal Interview (at Corporate Office, via Video Conferencing, or at another location as per discretion of IPRCL)
Medical Examination as per corporation policy
