Salary and Pay Scale
Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month.
Initial Basic Pay: ₹30,000 per month.
Gross Annual Compensation: Approx. ₹10.6 Lakhs per annum (including Performance Related Pay).

Application Process
Candidates must apply online through the official IOCL website. No hardcopy or offline applications will be accepted.
- Apply only via IOCL Latest Job Opening Portal.
- Upload scanned photograph, signature, and left thumb impression as per specifications.
- Photograph: 200x230 pixels, size 20-50KB, recent, color, white/light background.
- Signature: 140x60 pixels, size 10-20KB, in black ink (not in capital letters).
- Thumb Impression: 3x3 cm, 200 DPI, size 20-50KB.
- Valid email and mobile number must be active for at least one year.
- Multiple applications are not allowed; the latest will be considered.
- Download and retain the generated PDF application form for future reference.
Application Fees
- General / OBC / EWS: ₹400 + GST (non-refundable).
- SC / ST / PwBD: Exempted.
Payment can be made via Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, Mobile Wallets, or UPI. Once paid, the fee is non-refundable and cannot be charged back.

Educational Qualification:
- 3-year full-time Diploma with minimum 65% marks (General/EWS/OBC-NCL) and 55% marks (SC/ST/PwBD).
- Disciplines: Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation (specific streams listed in notification).
- Higher professional qualifications (BE/B.Tech/MBA/CA/CS/CMA/MCA/Ph.D) are not eligible.
- Part-time, correspondence, distance, or online learning qualifications are not eligible.
- Final marksheet must be produced by 31 October 2025.

Reservation Details
Reservation is available for OBC (NCL), SC, ST, EWS, and PwBD categories as per Government of India guidelines.
- SC/ST candidates must have caste/tribe name in the Central List. Certificates must be in prescribed format.
- OBC (NCL) candidates must have a valid certificate issued on or after 01 April 2025. Creamy Layer candidates are not eligible for reservation.
- EWS candidates must have Income and Asset Certificate valid for FY 2025-26, based on FY 2024-25 data.
- PwBD candidates must have minimum 40% permanent disability with certificate in prescribed format. UDID card is required.
- Certificates in languages other than English/Hindi must have self-certified translations.

Physical Fitness
Final selection and joining are subject to meeting physical fitness criteria as per Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) guidelines. Candidates must ensure they satisfy the medical standards available on the IOCL website before applying. Medical reports in the prescribed format will be required at the time of joining.
Service Bond
Selected candidates must serve the Corporation for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of joining.
