Compensation / Salary

Educational Qualifications & Experience

Selection Process

Preliminary screening and shortlisting based on eligibility, qualifications, suitability, and experience.
Personal Interview (PI) – conducted physically at IDBI Bank Corporate Office, Mumbai or virtually.
Final selection will be based on PI performance and merit ranking.
Document verification, character and antecedent checks, caste verification (if applicable), and medical fitness mandatory.
If multiple candidates score the same at cutoff, older candidates will be ranked higher.
The Bank reserves the right to alter, cancel, or modify the selection process at its discretion.

Posting will be at Mumbai/Navi Mumbai, but candidates can be transferred anywhere in India.
Contractual appointment – no superannuation benefits.
Leave entitlement: 12 days casual leave + 15 other leaves annually (pro-rata basis).
Facilities: TA/HA, mobile, laptop, and air travel entitlement as per GM grade officer rules.
Contract termination: Either side can terminate with 3 months’ notice or pay in lieu.
Candidates terminated or removed from previous employment are ineligible.
Jurisdiction of disputes will rest with Courts in Mumbai only.
