ICAR–Central Institute for Research on Buffaloes (CIRB), Hisar, Haryana has released an official recruitment notification inviting applications for the engagement of Young Professionals (YP-I and YP-II) on a purely contractual basis. The appointments are temporary in nature and are intended to meet the institutional requirements of various divisions/sections of ICAR-CIRB.

Eligibility Criteria

Young Professional–II (Animal Nutrition & Feed Technology)

• Post Graduate degree in Life Sciences OR Graduate degree in Agriculture / Veterinary Sciences.
• Desirable qualification: Minimum two years of experience in Feed Quality Analysis from a Government, Semi-Government, Government Autonomous or recognized laboratory.

Young Professional–II (Audit & Accounts Section)

• B.Com / BBA / BBS with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University or College along with CA (Inter) / ICWA (Inter) / CS (Inter) with minimum one year of experience in relevant field.
• OR B.Com / BBA / BBS with minimum 60% marks and MBA (Finance) or equivalent with minimum one year of experience in relevant field.
• Desirable: Knowledge of IT applications, virtual meeting platforms and computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Tally etc.

Young Professional–I (Animal Farm Section)

• Graduate with at least 60% marks in Computer Application.
• Desirable: Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and PowerPoint.

Age Limit

Reservation Details

Reservation and age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India norms. Candidates belonging to reserved categories must attach valid supporting certificates along with the application form.

Application Process

1. Eligible candidates must submit their application in the prescribed format (Annexure-I).
2. Application along with scanned self-attested copies of educational qualifications, experience certificates and other relevant documents must be sent in PDF format.
3. Applications must be submitted through email only to recruitment.cirb@gmail.com.
4. Applications must reach the above email address on or before 29 December 2025.
5. Applications received after the due date or through any other mode will not be entertained.

Selection Process

• Candidates will be shortlisted based on their academic performance and eligibility criteria.
• Shortlisted candidates will be informed through email for appearing in the interview.
• Selection will be made through a panel interview conducted at ICAR-CIRB, Hisar.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Terms, Conditions and Important Notes

• The positions are purely temporary and contractual in nature.
• Initial engagement will be for one year, extendable or curtail-able based on performance and requirement.
• The engagement does not confer any right for permanent employment.
• Candidates must be medically fit for service.
• Already employed candidates must submit a No Objection Certificate from their present employer.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
• Candidates must comply with ICAR conduct rules, secrecy laws and workplace policies.
