HLL Lifecare Limited, a Mini Ratna Company under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, is inviting applications from experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented professionals for multiple positions on a Fixed Term Contract basis. The positions are based at HLL Lifecare Ltd., Kanagala Factory, located in Kanagala – 591225, Hukkeri Taluka, Belagavi District, Karnataka, India.

HLL Lifecare Limited is a Schedule-B Public Sector Enterprise operating seven manufacturing units and multiple marketing offices across India. The company is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of a wide range of contraceptives and healthcare products. Additionally, HLL has diversified into Infrastructure Development, Procurement & Consultancy Services, Life Spring Hospitals, Women's Health Pharma Division, and Diagnostic Centers.

Available Positions

1. Production Assistant

  • Total Vacancies: 02 (OBC–1, ST–1)
  • Educational Qualification: ITI in Fitter or Electrician
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in the production department of Condom / Oral Contraceptive Pills (OCP) / Sanitary Napkins / any other manufacturing plant or process industry.
  • Scale of Pay: ₹9,000 – ₹18,000
  • Approx. Monthly Gross Salary: ₹17,190

2. Senior Production Assistant (Pharma)

  • Total Vacancies: 01 (OBC)
  • Educational Qualification: Diploma in Pharmacy or B.Sc
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in the production department of a pharmaceutical plant or similar industry.
  • Scale of Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000
  • Approx. Monthly Gross Salary: ₹19,100

3. Boiler Operator

  • Total Vacancies: 01
  • Educational Qualification: ITI – Boiler Attendant
  • Experience: Freshers may apply; however, preference will be given to candidates with experience.
  • Scale of Pay: ₹11,500 – ₹23,000
  • Approx. Monthly Gross Salary: ₹22,287

Eligibility Criteria

  • Only full-time regular qualifications will be considered.
  • Qualifications must be from UGC recognized universities or AICTE approved institutions.
  • If a candidate’s degree uses CGPA/OGPA/CPI/letter grade, an equivalent percentage conversion certificate from the university/institute is mandatory.
  • Applicants must submit self-attested copies of educational certificates, mark sheets, DOB proof, experience certificates with pay scale details, caste certificates (as applicable), disability certificate (if applicable), and two recent passport-size photographs.
  • Candidates must be medically fit as per company standards.

Age Limit

  • Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years
