Salary / Remuneration

• ₹650 per hour with a maximum of ₹30,000 per month for candidates fulfilling the eligibility of Assistant Professor in the concerned discipline.
• ₹550 per hour with a maximum of ₹25,000 per month for candidates possessing only a Master’s degree in the concerned discipline.

Eligibility Criteria

• Doctorate degree in the subject concerned, OR Master’s degree in the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade in the point scale system.
• A relaxation of 5% in marks is admissible at graduate and Master’s level for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Differently-abled (physically or visually) candidates.
• NET / SLET conducted by ICAR / UGC / CSIR or any other Central or State Government agency is essential in the discipline wherever applicable.
• In disciplines where NET / SLET is not available, the essential qualification shall be a first-class Master’s degree in the related discipline.

2. Candidates should bring a brief bio-data in the prescribed format.
3. Original certificates and one set of self-attested copies of academic qualifications, teaching experience, publications, and reservation certificates (if applicable) must be produced at the time of interview.

• Selection will be based solely on the walk-in interview.
• The terms and conditions of engagement will be governed by the policy approved by the University.
• The College reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions or to not fill any of the positions without assigning any reason.
• If no eligible candidate is available from a reserved category, the position may be filled from open category candidates as per University rules.

Important Notes

• The posts are purely temporary and contractual in nature for the IInd Semester of the Academic Year 2025–26.
• No TA / DA will be paid for attending the interview.
• No separate interview call letter or intimation will be issued to candidates.
