The recruitment is being conducted for a research project evaluating the safety and immunogenicity of a Typhoid bivalent conjugate vaccine developed by HBI. The project involves clinical research activities including coordination, technical support, nursing assistance, laboratory testing, and field work.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 35 years as on the closing date of advertisement.
• Age relaxation up to 5 years is applicable for candidates belonging to:
  • SC
  • ST
  • OBC
  • Women
  • Differently abled candidates

Selection Process

The method of recruitment may include one or more of the following stages:

• Written Examination
• Interview

The final selection procedure will be decided by the recruitment committee of AIIMS Rishikesh.

Terms and Conditions

• The selected candidate must join within 7 days of declaration of the result.
• This is not a permanent employment with AIIMS Rishikesh.
• The appointment is purely on a contractual basis initially for a period of 2 months.
• The contract may be extended up to a maximum of 9 months or until the completion of the project, whichever is earlier, subject to the availability of funding from the funding agency.
• The offered position is temporary and continuation depends on performance and budget availability.
• The appointee's work performance will be reviewed periodically and extension will depend on satisfactory performance.
• No claim for any regular post in AIIMS Rishikesh will be entertained.
• Employee Performance Indicator will be applied.
• Candidates must bring the completely filled application form during the interview.
• Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be considered.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
• Experience must be gained after acquiring the minimum essential qualification.
• Qualification, experience, and other terms may be relaxed or altered at the discretion of the Director of AIIMS Rishikesh or the recruitment committee.
• No allowances or facilities other than consolidated salary will be admissible.
• The decision of the recruitment committee will be final.
• Submission of false or incorrect information during the selection process will lead to disqualification at any stage.
• If the performance of the selected candidate is not satisfactory, the appointment may be terminated without prior notice or compensation.
• The appointee may leave the position by serving a one month prior notice. If the notice period is less than one month, salary equivalent to one month must be deposited to obtain relieving certificate.
