Salary & Benefits

• Stipend During Training: ₹65,000 per month (for one year)
• Post-Training Designation: Deputy Manager (Junior Management Grade-I)
• Pay Scale: ₹48,480 – 2,000 – 62,480 – 2,340 – 67,160 – 2,680 – 85,920 (as per IBA 12th Bipartite Settlement)

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Graduation (minimum 3 years full-time) with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA, and Post-Graduation (minimum 2 years full-time) in MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS with specialization in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade, or Chartered Accountant (CA) with ICAI membership.
• Final Year Candidates: Eligible, subject to obtaining required qualification by 01 June 2026 or joining date, whichever is later.
• Mode of Education: Only regular full-time courses are accepted. Distance / correspondence / open learning courses are not eligible.
• Other Skills: Good communication skills and proficiency in computers and IT.
