Eligibility Criteria

• Senior Resident (3 Years/1 Year): MBBS + PG Degree/Diploma (MD/MS/DNB) in relevant specialty; registered with NMC/MMC. MBBS doctors with 2 years experience may be considered.
• Super Specialist: MBBS + MD/DNB + DM/DNB (Super-Specialty) with 2 years post-degree experience.
• Medical Officer: MBBS with internship completion; registration with NMC/MMC.
• Specialist: MBBS + PG Degree/Diploma with 3 years (Degree) or 5 years (Diploma) experience.

Age Limit

• Senior Residents: Up to 45 years (as on advertisement date)
• Specialists / Super Specialists: Not exceeding 69 years
• Medical Officers: Up to 35 years
• Relaxation: As per Government of India rules

Application Fee

Selection Process

• Screening of applications on interview day by authorized officers.
• Eligible candidates will appear before the Selection Board.
• Final selection based on interview performance.
• Results available on ESIC official websites.
• Selected candidates must join within 7 days of offer.

Reservation Rules

Reservation for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PwD candidates as per Central Government norms. OBC candidates must produce a valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate as per DOPT guidelines.

Additional Terms and Conditions

• Appointments are purely contractual; no claim for regularization.
• Tenure: Up to 3 years (Senior Resident / Specialist) or 1 year for others.
• Security Deposit: ₹15,000 (refundable after completion).
• Professional Indemnity Policy: Mandatory (₹10–20 lakh coverage as per specialty).
• Private practice strictly not permitted.
• No TA/DA for interview or joining.
• Document verification one hour before interview.
