Application Process

• Applicants must apply online through the recruitment portal: https://cupnt.samarth.edu.in/.
• Printed copy of the online application form must be brought to the interview.
• Candidates should bring original certificates of educational qualifications, experience, and other required documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies.
• No separate call letters will be sent for interview. Applicants must attend the interview at their own expenses.
• Eligibility will be decided at the time of the interview.
• The interview process may extend to the next day in case of a large number of applicants.

Eligibility Criteria

Radio Announcer

• Graduation from a recognized institution.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Casual Announcer with All India Radio (AIR).
• Desirable: VANI Certificate and prior experience with AIR.
• Age Limit: 20–40 years

Laboratory Assistant

• B.Tech./B.E. in Electronics/Electrical or equivalent.
• Desirable: Experience in Basic Electrical Engineering Laboratory, CAD software, PCB prototyping, Digital Electronics.
• Age Limit: 18–32 years

Office Staff

• 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university.
• Typing Speed: English @35 wpm OR Hindi @30 wpm (on computer).
• Proficiency in computer operations such as MS Office.
• Age Limit: 18–30 years

Reservation Details

All advertised posts are Unreserved (UR). Reservation and relaxation benefits will be provided as per Government of India / UGC rules for applicable categories. Candidates must produce valid certificates at the time of interview.

Application Fees

₹100/- for candidates (except SC/ST/PWD/Women, who are exempted from payment of fee).

Selection Process

Selection will be based on Walk-in Interview. Verification of eligibility, original documents, and certificates will be done at the time of the interview. The process may extend in case of high number of applicants.

• Application fee once paid shall not be refunded.
• The posts are purely temporary; no claim for regular appointment/absorption will be entertained.
• Incomplete applications or applications without uploading relevant supporting documents will be rejected.
• The University reserves the right to withdraw, increase, or decrease the number of posts without assigning any reason.
• Upper age limit, qualification, and experience will be counted as on the date of interview.
• Canvassing in any form may lead to cancellation of candidature.
• Jurisdiction for disputes or legal proceedings will be confined to Bathinda or Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh.
• Suppression of factual information or submission of fake documents will lead to cancellation of candidature and termination of appointment.
