Employment Type

Eligibility Criteria

Faculty

  • Age: 22 to 40 years (with sound health)
  • Essential Qualification: Postgraduate in MSW / MA (Rural Development / Sociology / Psychology), B.Sc. (Agri.), or B.A. with B.Ed.
  • Skills Required: Teaching aptitude, computer knowledge
  • Desirable: Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language, with typing skills
  • Residential Criteria: Resident of same or nearby district, preferably located near RSETI center

Watchman cum Gardener

  • Age: 18 to 40 years (with sound health)
  • Essential Qualification: Passed 8th standard
  • Desirable: Experience in horticulture or agriculture
  • Residential Criteria: Resident of same or nearby district, preferably located near RSETI center

Selection Process

Selection will be done through a personal interview. The decision of the Society/Trust will be final and binding in this regard.
