Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in Bank of Baroda Zones, Regions, and Branches.
  2. Conduct strategic planning to meet Zone/Region acquisition targets.
  3. Coordinate marketing efforts with Bank Zonal & Regional marketing teams.
  4. Ensure achievement of client acquisition targets as per the financial year projections.
  5. Market products to high net worth clients.
  6. Launch initiatives like local campaigns, R&R programs, and engagement activities to generate new business.
  7. Oversee a team of BDM TLs and BDMs and monitor their performance.
  8. Conduct internal team and Bank of Baroda employee training sessions.
  9. Ensure adherence to all processes and uphold organizational values.
  10. Recruit and train team members as per approved plans.
  11. Take responsibility for team member learning, development, and career progression.

Required Skills

  • Strong ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of client acquisition processes.
  • Familiarity with digital onboarding processes (preferred).
  • Experience with public and private sector bank retail branches.
  • Leadership experience managing large acquisition teams in a state or region.
  • Understanding of the securities market.
  • Comprehensive experience in Retail Broking products and services.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
