Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduation in any discipline OR professional degree (CA, Cost Accountant, Engineer, Doctor) from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 1-year post-qualification as Officer in Scheduled Commercial Bank or RRB. NBFC, Co-operative Bank, Fintech experience is not valid.
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking the local language of the applied state.

Posting and Transfer Rules

Initial posting will be in the state applied for.
Candidate must serve minimum 12 years in that state or until promoted to SMGS-IV.
Post SMGS-IV, candidate may be transferred anywhere in India as per bank policy.

Probation Period

All selected candidates will be on a probation period of 1 year from the date of joining.

Service Bond

Minimum service commitment: 3 years
If resigned early, the candidate must pay ₹5,00,000 + applicable taxes

Credit Score Requirement

Minimum CIBIL score: 680
No loan defaults or adverse credit history allowed

Other Important Conditions
