Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University
Preferred: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management
Certifications like NISM/IRDA are desirable

Work Experience

Group Head: Minimum 10 years experience in Wealth Management/Retail Banking/Investments
Territory Head: Minimum 6 years experience in Relationship Management
Senior Relationship Manager: Minimum 3 years experience
Wealth Strategist: Minimum 3 years experience in Investment/Insurance
