Position Information

Salary and Allowances

• Base Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹19,000 per month
• Increment: ₹1,000 per year based on satisfactory performance
• Performance Incentive: ₹1,000 annually
• Fixed Conveyance Allowance: ₹1,000 per month
• Mobile Allowance: ₹300 per month
• Annual Medical Allowance: ₹5,000 per year (declaration basis)
• Other Benefits: EPF, ESI, and Gratuity as per rules

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Must have passed 10th Standard
• Experience: Ability to read and write the local language preferred
• Language Proficiency: Kumaoni (Essential), Hindi, and English
• Age Limit (as on 04-01-2026): 22 to 40 years

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Director and other staff in daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of office, classrooms, dormitories, and other institute areas.
• File and organize documents as directed by the office staff or Director.
• Perform banking-related errands such as passbook updates and other tasks assigned.
• Undertake any duties assigned by the Director from time to time.
