Selection Process

The method of recruitment may be Written Examination, Interview, or both. The decision of the Recruitment Committee will be final.

Terms and Conditions of Appointment

• The appointment is purely contractual and is not a permanent employment with AIIMS Rishikesh.
• The selected candidate must join within five days of declaration of results.
• The initial appointment is for a period of six months.
• The appointment may be extended up to a maximum of twelve months or till the duration of the project, whichever is earlier.
• Extension of the appointment will be based on performance and availability of budget grant from the funding agency.
• No claim for any other regular post in AIIMS Rishikesh shall be entertained.
• Employee Performance Indicator will be applied.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
• Experience will be counted only after acquiring the minimum essential qualification.
• Qualification, experience, and other terms and conditions may be relaxed or altered at the discretion of the Director, AIIMS Rishikesh or the Recruitment Committee.
• No allowances or facilities other than the consolidated salary shall be admissible.
• Submission of wrong or false information during the selection process shall disqualify the candidature at any stage.
• If the performance of the appointee is not found satisfactory, the appointment can be terminated at any time without prior notice or compensation.
• The appointee may be relieved from the position by serving one month prior notice. If the notice period is less than one month, an amount equivalent to one month’s salary must be deposited for the relieving certificate.
