Eligibility Criteria

Senior Assistant (Electronics)	Diploma in Electronics / Telecommunication / Radio Engineering	Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Senior Assistant (Accounts)	Graduate preferably B.Com with proficiency in MS Office	Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Senior Assistant (Official Language)	Master's in Hindi with English as a subject at Graduation level OR Master's in English with Hindi as a subject at Graduation level OR Master's in any subject with Hindi and English as compulsory/optional subjects at Graduation level OR Graduation with Hindi/English + Diploma in translation or 2 years' translation experience	Knowledge of Hindi typing and MS Office in Hindi mandatory

Age Limit and Relaxation

Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 30 years (as on 01 July 2025)
Relaxation in Upper Age Limit:

OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
SC / ST: 5 years
Ex-Servicemen: As per Government of India rules
Regular AAI employees (completed probation): 10 years + applicable category relaxation

Reservation Details

Reservations are provided for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), EWS, and Ex-Servicemen candidates as per Government of India norms.
Ex-servicemen reservation is horizontal and applicable across categories.
Reservation is applicable only to candidates domiciled in Eastern Region states/UTs.

Selection Process

Computer-Based Test (CBT): Duration of 2 hours, consisting of 100 questions:
- 70% questions will be based on subject-specific knowledge
- 30% questions will be from General Knowledge, General Intelligence, General Aptitude, and English
Document Verification
Medical Examination (if applicable)

Final selection will be subject to verification of original documents, eligibility, and background check. Provisional offer of appointment will be sent through registered email only.
