Severed head of newborn found in Chamoli district, police launch investigation
The news is from the Tharali police station area in Chamoli, where panic spread after the severed head of a newborn baby was found in a field below the Hat Kalyani–Wan Mundoli road. As the information was received, police reached the spot, took the head into custody, and have launched a search to trace those behind this inhuman act.
