Child labour case in Haridwar district, action taken against headmistress

According to reports, a video from a govt school in Ajitpur, Haridwar, showing children being made to carry wood for the mid-day meal caused a stir. It was stated that after the allegations were found to be true in the investigation, the headmistress was suspended, while the education department termed it a violation of child labour laws.
