UNESCO includes Diwali in the 'Intangible Cultural Heritage List'
According to the information, today UNESCO has included India’s major festival, Diwali, in the list of Humanity’s Intangible Cultural Heritage. As soon as this decision was announced during UNESCO’s 20th session held at the Red Fort, the attendees celebrated with applause and joy.
