Maa Chandika emerges from the sanctum, to embark on nine-month diwara yatra
In Jilasu village of Chamoli district, the presiding deity of 27 villages, Maa Chandika, has come out of the sanctum after 13 years today. Maa Chandika will now embark on a nine-month long Diwara Yatra, and on this special occasion, thousands of devotees and migrants are arriving from far and wide to seek her blessings.
