Rivers in spate due to heavy rain, highway near Dhari Devi submerged
Heavy rainfall has pushed the water levels of the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers above the danger mark. In Srinagar area, Near Dhari Devi, river water was seen flowing over the highway, making travel extremely risky. The administration has urged people to remain cautious.
