Governor Gurmit Singh awarded degrees to the graduates at the convocation ceremony
Governor Lt. Gen. Gurmit Singh attended the first convocation of Sardar Bhagwan Singh University, Dehradun as the chief guest. On this occasion, he awarded degrees and medals to the graduates and also released various publications of the university.
