राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह ने आज देहरादून स्थित राजभवन परिसर में योग-ध्यान केंद्र का उद्घाटन किया। इस अवसर पर अधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों और उनके परिजनों ने भाग लिया। राज्यपाल ने कहा कि योग और ध्यान स्वस्थ जीवन की कुंजी हैं और इन्हें दैनिक जीवन का हिस्सा बनाना चाहिए।

Governor Lt. Gen. Gurmit Singh today inaugurated a Yoga and Meditation Center at the Raj Bhavan premises in Dehradun. On this occasion, officials, staff, and their family members also participated. The Governor said that yoga and meditation are the keys to a healthy life and should be made an integral part of daily routine.
