Losar festival celebrated with great enthusiasm in Virpur, Uttarkashi district
According to report, the Kinnauri Jaad-Bhotia Khampa community celebrated the Losar festival with great enthusiasm in the Virpur area of Dunda block in Uttarkashi. It was reported that during the festival, observed as the Buddhist New Year, lamps were lit, traditional dances, devotional rituals were performed, and, flour Holi was played.
