जानकारी के अनुसार, उत्तराखंड के रुद्रप्रयाग और उत्तरकाशी में शनिवार सुबह भूकंप के हल्के झटके महसूस हुए, जिससे लोगों में कुछ देर के लिए दहशत फैल गई। बताया गया कि रुद्रप्रयाग में भूकंप की तीव्रता 3.06 मापी गई और इसका असर उत्तरकाशी में भी महसूस हुआ, लेकिन राहत की बात यह रही कि अब तक किसी तरह के जानमाल के नुकसान की खबर नहीं है।
