Ticket to former Chief Minister Harish Rawat from Ramnagar

The second list of Congress candidates has been released. In the list of 11 candidates, former Chief Minister Harish Rawat has been given ticket from Ramnagar. Congress working president Ranjeet Rawat's name has been dropped, which has created anger amongst him and his supporters. Ranjit Rawat can now contest as an independent.
