ऋषिकेश के आइडीपीएल चाॅकी क्षेत्र में 9 दिसंबर को एक युवती का शव जंगल में मिला था। पुलिस ने शव का पोस्टमार्टम करवाया जिसमें यह पाया गया कि युवती की गला घोंटकर हत्या की गई है। पुलिस ने युवती के शव के पास से उसके चप्पल और बैग भी बरामद कर दिया है। युवती की पहचान आरती भोई के रूप में की गई है। पुलिस ने हत्या का मुकदमा दर्ज कर दिया है। पुलिस को युवती के पति संजय भारद्वाज की तलाश है।
