Money and liquor being given to woo voters
In the proceedings conducted so far, the Election Commission has told how attempts are being made to woo the voters with money and liquor. The returning officer said that in 2017, liquor and cash worth Rs.6 crore 85 were seized. Whereas this time liquor and cash worth Rs 12 crore 27 lakh have been recovered so far.
