One dead, many injured after bus overturned full of passengers
On Thursday, 60 devotees from Amroli city of Gujarat had come to Haridwar to take a bath in the Ganges on a bus. On Saturday night, the bus was going from Haridwar to Mathura, during which the brakes of the bus failed while descending from the bridge located on the bypass near Mangalore Kotwali, due to which the bus overturned uncontrollably. One woman died in the accident, while 12 devotees were injured, who are undergoing treatment.
