दिनांक 22.04.2022 को डायल 112 पर  सूचना प्राप्त हुई कि ग्राम किलपारा कपकोट में आज एक 16 साल की नाबालिक लड़की की शादी होने वाली है, सूचना पर तत्काल पुलिस टीम व वन स्टाप सेन्टर की टीम ग्राम किलपारा पहुचे जहां एक नाबालिग लड़की के विवाह समारोह की तैयारी चल रही थी। जन्मतिथि के सम्बन्ध में दस्तावेज चैक किये गये तो लड़की की जन्म तिथी 10.04.2005’ का होना पाया गया जो 18 वर्ष से कम होना पाया गया ।’ एण्टी ह्यूमन ट्रैफिकिंग सैल बागेश्वर, 112 पुलिस टीम, वन स्टॉप सेन्टर की टीम द्वारा नाबालिग का विवाह रुकवाया गया।
