Businessman and artist Dev Raturi, based in China, has adopted the villages of Kamersaud and Sunar located in Tehri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand. Inspired by the "Mera Gaon, Mera Teerth" campaign, he is working to enhance education, tourism, homestay facilities, and employment opportunities in these villages.
