बीते दिन श्रीमान पुलिस उपाधीक्षक, महोदय कपकोट श्री अशोक कुमार सिंह द्वारा थाना कांडा एवं चौकी कॉमेडी देवी का आकस्मिक निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान थाना कार्यालय, रजिस्टरों, मालखाना, हवालात, भोजनालय, बैरिक, आपदा उपकरणों आदि को चैक कर आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिये गये।

बीते दिन कोतवाली जोशीमठ क्षेत्र प्रशासन, पर्यटन विभाग, नगर पालिका व कोतवाली जोशीमठ की संयुक्त टीम द्वारा जोशीमठ क्षेत्र में स्थित विभिन्न होटल/रिजॉर्ट, होम स्टे, गेस्ट हाउस की चेकिंग हेतु संयुक्त अभियान चलाया गया। इस दौरान संस्थानों में नियुक्त स्टाफ का सत्यापन, आगंतुक रजिस्टर की जांच, सीसीटीवी की कार्यशीलता, प्रदूषण बोर्ड द्वारा प्रदत्त अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र आदि सम्बन्धी जांच/सत्यापन की कार्यवाही की गई।
