On September 24, ₹ 21 lakh was fraudulently withdrawn from the bank account of cyber crime victim Bhasin ji, on which the Uttarakhand police cyber crime team personally talked to the bank management on the previous day and got ₹ 19.24 lakh back in the victim's account.
