The seventh convocation of Uttarakhand Open University was inaugurated
The seventh convocation ceremony of Uttarakhand Open University was jointly inaugurated by Chancellor/Governor Lt. Gen. Gurmeet Singh (Retd) and CM Dhami through the virtual medium. Gold medals were awarded to 27 meritorious students at the function.
