उत्तराखण्ड ओपन यूनिवर्सिटी के सप्तम दीक्षांत समारोह का शुभारंभ कुलाधिपति/राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल श्री गुरमीत सिंह (सेवानिवृत्त) व सीएम धामी ने संयुक्त रूप से वर्चुअल माध्यम से किया। समारोह में 27 मेधावी छात्रों को स्वर्ण पदक प्रदान किए गए।

The seventh convocation ceremony of Uttarakhand Open University was jointly inaugurated by Chancellor/Governor Lt. Gen. Gurmeet Singh (Retd) and CM Dhami through the virtual medium. Gold medals were awarded to 27 meritorious students at the function.
