सीएम धामी ने मातली (उत्तरकाशी) में स्थापित अस्थायी कैंप कार्यालय से ही शासकीय पत्रावलियों का निस्तारण किया और सिलक्यारा रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन की प्रगति की समीक्षा की। सीएम धामी सिलक्यारा सुरंग में फंसे श्रमिकों की सकुशलता के लिए बुधवार से मातली में ही डटे हैं। शासकीय कार्य बाधित न हो, इसके मद्देनजर मातली से ही सीएम का अस्थायी कैम्प कार्यालय संचालित हो रहा है।

अल्मोड़ा के धारानौला बाजार में मानसिक रुप से अस्वस्थ महिला भटक रही थी, जो कि बिना बताए घर से निकल गई थी। अल्मोड़ा महिला थाना पुलिस और डायल 112 मोबाइल टीम  ने काफी मशक्कत के बाद उक्त महिला के परिजनों का पता लगाकर महिला को परिजनों के सकुशल सुपुर्द किया।

A mentally unwell woman was wandering in Dharanaula market of Almora, who had left home without informing. After a lot of effort, Almora Mahila Thana Police and Dial 112 mobile team traced the family members of the said woman and handed her over to her family members safely.

मौसम विभाग ने प्रदेश के 11 जिलों में बारिश-बर्फबारी की संभावना जताई है। बताया जा रहा है कि पर्वतीय जनपदों में बर्फबारी-ओलावृष्टि हो सकती है। जबकि मैदानी इलाकों में भी बारिश के आसार हैं। जिसे लेकर येलो और ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। जिससे तापमान में और गिरावट आ सकती है। वहीं विभाग ने कहीं-कहीं बिजली गिरने से जान माल की हानि ओलावृष्टि वृक्षारोपण बागबानी और खड़ी फसलों को नुकसान पहुंचने की बात भी कही है।

At the same time, the department has also said that in some places there is loss of life and property due to lightning, hailstorms, and damage to plantations, gardening, and standing crops.

प्रदेश के वन पंचायत में जड़ी-बूटी उत्पादन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सरकार ने कवायद तेज कर दी है। इस कड़ी में मुख्य सचिव डॉ0 एस.एस. संधु की अध्यक्षता में सम्बन्धित विभागों के साथ बैठक की गई। मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि वन पंचायतों के क्षेत्र विस्तार के बजाय इच्छुक वन पंचायतों को प्राथमिकता दी जाए, इससे सफलता की अधिक संभावनाएँ हैं। उन्होंने छोटे और बड़ी मूल्य संवर्धन इकाइयों पर भी फोकस किए जाने के निर्देश दिये।

The government has intensified efforts to promote herbal production in the forest panchayats of the state. In this context, a meeting was held with the concerned departments under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Dr. S.S. Sandhu. The CS said that instead of expanding the area of Forest Panchayats, priority should be given to willing Forest Panchayats, this has more chances of success. He also directed to focus on small and big value-addition units.

जानकारी के अनुसार देहरादून के राजीव गांधी इंटरनेशनल क्रिकेट स्टेडियम को भी लीजेंड्स लीग टी20 क्रिकेट टूर्नामेंट के तीन मैचों की मेजबानी मिली है। टूर्नामेंट की तैयारी पूरी हो चुकी है। आगामी 24 नवंबर से होने वाले टी20 मैचों को लेकर देहरादून के लोग भी काफी उत्साहित हैं। इन लीजेंड्स लीग मैच खेलने के लिए खिलाड़ियों की टीम देहरादून एयरपोर्ट पहुंची। बताया जा रहा है कि इस बार इन मैचों में गौतम गंभीर, इरफान पठान, यूसुफ पठान जैसे दिग्गज खिलाड़ी खेलेंगे।
