श्री केदारनाथ यात्रा पर आई एक महिला श्रद्धालु के लिंचोली के पास घोड़े से गिरकर चोटिल होने पर एसडीआरएफ टीम द्वारा उक्त महिला को उपचार हेतु स्ट्रेचर के माध्यम से अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया।

कैबिनेट मंत्री डाॅ0 धन सिंह रावत ने बिडोलस्यू पंपिंग योजना धारी देवी के पास निर्माणाधीन कार्यों का निरीक्षण किया तथा अधिकारियों को शीघ्र कार्य पूर्ण करने के लिए निर्देश भी दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि पाबौ क्षेत्रवासियों की वर्षों से लंबित यह मांग जल्द पूरी होगी। साथ ही इससे हजारों परिवार लाभान्वित होंगे।

सहस्त्रताल ट्रेक पर चल रहा रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन समाप्त हो गया है। ट्रैकिंग पर गए 22 ट्रेकर्स में से 11 को एयरलिफ्ट कर लिया गया था व 02 ट्रेकर्स को एम्बुलेंस द्वारा भटवाड़ी पहुँचाया गया था। इसके अतिरिक्त 05 ट्रेकर्स के शवों को भी हैली के माध्यम से भटवाड़ी पहुँचा दिया गया था। पुनः रेस्क्यू अभियान चलाते हुए शेष 04 ट्रेकर्स के शवों को भी हैली द्वारा भटवाड़ी पहुँचा दिया गया है।

The rescue operation going on at Sahastratal Trek has been over. Out of the 22 trekkers who went for trekking, 11 were airlifted and 02 trekkers were taken to Bhatwadi by ambulance. Apart from this, the bodies of 05 trekkers were also taken to Bhatwadi via helicopter. While carrying out the rescue operation again, the bodies of the remaining 04 trekkers have also been taken to Bhatwadi by helicopter.

चंपावत जिले के बाराकोट ब्लॉक के बंतोली गांव में सड़क का निर्माण नहीं होने से नाराज स्थानीय लोगों ने आगामी लोकसभा चुनाव में मतदान के बहिष्कार का ऐलान किया है। बता दें ग्रामीण लंबे समय से मरोड़ाखान बंतोली सड़क में डामरीकरण की मांग कर रहे है। इस दौरान ग्रामीणों ने रोड नहीं तो वोट नहीं के नारे लगाकर प्रदर्शन किया। प्रदर्शन में बड़ी संख्या में महिलाएं मौजूद रही।
