Pay Scale / Salary Information

The probation period is 24 months (compulsory), during which fixed salaries are paid as follows:

  • Banking Officer Grade-1 (Middle Management): ₹25,000 per month
  • Banking Officer Grade-2 (Junior Management): ₹21,000 per month
  • Clerk: ₹18,000 per month
  • Sub-Staff: ₹15,000 per month

After confirmation and regular appointment, approximate gross monthly salary (Cost to Bank) will be:

  • Middle Management: ₹35,000 – ₹39,000
  • Junior Management: ₹23,000 – ₹31,000

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent (subject to probation and bond execution at appointment).

Application Process

  3. Fill in the complete application form and use “Save & Next” before final submission.
  4. Upload scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration in the prescribed format.
  5. Pay the application fee online through the integrated payment gateway using Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, or Mobile Wallets.
  6. After successful payment, download and print the e-Receipt and final application form for record.

Note: Candidates must apply for only one post. Multiple applications will result in forfeiture of fees and invalidation of earlier submissions.

All documents must be uploaded clearly as per specification: recent passport-size photo (4.5 cm × 3.5 cm), signature in black ink, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration in English written by the candidate.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility conditions are based on educational qualification, experience, language knowledge, and health fitness. Candidates must fulfill all criteria as of 1 November 2025.

IT Officer – Banking Officer Grade 1 B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics & Telecommunication or MCA (full-time regular). Minimum 2 years experience. 21 to 38 years
IT Officer – Banking Officer Grade 2 B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics & Telecommunication or MCA (full-time regular). No prior experience required. 21 to 38 years
Accountant – Banking Officer Grade 2 B.Com from recognized university with minimum 50% marks. Minimum 2 years experience. 21 to 38 years
Clerk Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks. Preference to candidates with B.C.A, B.Sc (Computer), or Engineering degrees with 50% marks. No experience required. 21 to 38 years
Stenographer Graduate with minimum 50% marks and passed Stenographer Examination. No experience required. 21 to 38 years
Sub Staff – Peon Minimum 10th pass from recognized board. No experience required. 21 to 38 years
Sub Staff – Driver Minimum 10th pass with valid permanent driving license. No experience required. 21 to 38 years

Additional Requirements: Knowledge of Marathi language (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory for all positions. Candidates must be in good physical and mental health. Higher qualifications and longer experience will be given preference.

Age Limit

Minimum age of the candidate should be 21 years and maximum age should not exceed 38 years as on 1 November 2025. No separate relaxation is mentioned for any category in the notification.

Reservation Details

  • As per Government of Maharashtra guidelines, 70% seats are reserved for local candidates belonging to Parbhani and Hingoli districts.
  • 30% seats are open for candidates from other districts of Maharashtra.
  • No detailed category-wise (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) reservation breakup has been specified in the notification.

  • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer
Online Test (Sub Staff Posts)
  • English Language – 30 Questions, 30 Marks
  • Numerical Ability – 35 Questions, 35 Marks
  • Reasoning Ability – 35 Questions, 35 Marks
  • Total – 100 Questions, 100 Marks, Duration 60 Minutes

Interview

Candidates qualifying in the written test will be shortlisted for the personal interview. The interview will assess domain knowledge, communication, and suitability for the post. The interview may be conducted in English, Marathi, or Hindi as per the candidate’s convenience.
