Emoluments / Salary Details

Standard Emoluments

  • Professor: ₹1,43,000 per month + Annual increment ₹6,000 + MTDC Scheme
  • Associate Professor: ₹1,23,000 per month + Annual increment ₹6,000 + MTDC Scheme
  • Assistant Professor: ₹95,000 per month + Annual increment ₹3,600 + MTDC Scheme

Medical Teachers Deficiency Compensatory Scheme (MTDCS)

  • Professor: ₹71,500 per month
  • Associate Professor: ₹61,500 per month
  • Assistant Professor: ₹47,500 per month

Special Emoluments for Radiology (Fixed)

  • Professor: ₹4,40,000 per month (Annual increment: ₹30,000)
  • Associate Professor: ₹3,50,000 per month (Annual increment: ₹25,000)
  • Assistant Professor: ₹2,50,000 per month (Annual increment: ₹25,000)

Eligibility Criteria

  • All qualifications must comply with NMC norms.
  • Eligibility shall follow Uttarakhand State Government rules.

Age Limit

Age limit shall be applied strictly as per NMC norms and Uttarakhand State Government rules. The notification does not specify any numerical age value.

Reservation Policy

Reservation will be provided as per Uttarakhand State Government Reservation Rules.

All candidates must appear directly for the walk-in interview at the specified venue. Candidates must bring the following documents:

  • SSJIMS&R Almora has received 4th renewal approval from NMC for admission of 100 MBBS seats for academic year 2025–26.
  • The institute has also received approval for 35 PG (MD/MS) seats.
  • Posts are purely on yearly renewable contractual basis, extendable up to 3 years or until regular appointments are made.
