1. Sr. Deputy General Manager (Civil) – E-5

Maximum Age: 48 years
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (full-time)
Experience: Minimum 07 years in Railways/Highways/Marine/Metro/Infrastructure
Eligibility:
1. Officials in Govt: Holding analogous post in CDA Level-12 OR minimum 4 years in Level-11
2. Officials in CPSE/PSUs: Holding analogous grade E-5 (₹80,000–₹2,20,000) OR 4 years in E-4

2. Manager (Civil) – E-2

Maximum Age: 40 years
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 04 years in relevant construction projects
Eligibility:
1. Govt: Holding CDA Level-8 post OR 4 years in Level-7
2. PSU: Holding E-2 grade (₹50,000–₹1,60,000) with experience

3. Deputy Manager (Civil) – E-1

Maximum Age: 35 years
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 03 years in relevant field
Eligibility:
1. Govt: Holding CDA Level-7 post OR 4 years in Level-6
2. PSU: Holding E-1 grade (₹40,000–₹1,40,000) with experience

4. Assistant Manager (Civil) – E-0

Educational Qualification:

For Sr. DGM: Interview at RVNL Corporate Office.
For Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager: Written Test followed by Interview.
